You are more than welcome to walk in, online appointments are preferred. 

Management is available durring office hours Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30, and Saturday 10 - 4.

You can apply online on our applicant portal on our website. 

Usually the same day, unless a background check takes longer, time frame of 24 - 48 hours.

Your move-in costs depend on specials, pricing etc. Best to contact us to learn more. 

We suggest you read the whole lease before signing it. 

We only accept online payments through our resident portal.

You would log in to your resident portal, and pay through there.

Monthly fees include water, pest control, and trash.

Yes, minimum 100K. You can enroll in ours if you don't have one when your sign your lease. 

None of the utilities are included in your rent. 

You would call an electric company to set up your electricity before moving in, proof is required before keys are provided. 

Xfinity is the preferred provider.

Yes, you would receive usually a $200 concession, after they pay their 1st full month's rent. The applicant must enter the referred resident's name on the online application or the referral will not be honored. 

Anyone not listed on the lease cannot stay for more than 2 days in one week without written concent.
Guest can stay for a week or less, the resident is responsible for their guest conduct. 

You would need to pay another security deposit, and your old deposit will be refunded depending on the condition of the unit. 

You will be charged 2 month's rent for not giving a notice, a reletting fee, and you are legally responsible for every month left on the lease, until the apartment leases.

Maintenance

Yes, we do have on-site maintenance.

You would submit a work order request through the resident portal.

Within a timely manner, however priority are given to leaks, back-ups, appliances, a/c, etc.

You would need to call a locksmith
